Refunds & Returns Policy

At Katchyal8r Gone Fishing, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure you have a seamless experience while safeguarding your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original accessories included. While original packaging is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for a return due to a change of mind.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Claims for faulty or defective products can be made within the 12 months following purchase. For some products, the warranty period may extend beyond 12 months, as specified in the product documentation.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. For faulty products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request and in accordance with the ACL.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
